12 Discount
There will be no discount whatsoever
If you have scouts that deserve some kind of discount, then please solve it within our association!
13 Early birds
Early arrival is possible, starting Wednesday 19th
Late departure is possible as well, until Monday 31th
No food or other amenities will be provided for this time, except toilets
And, be prepared to help to build up before and to cleaning up afterwards!
14 Age limit?
Theres no age limit, but any cub below 7 years is probably too young
If somebody is too young to attend the cubs program, dont bring them along!
15 Helpers wanted!
Bring staff people with you! And mention them separately when registering!
We look for about 35 more staff people!

16 Payment
First payment 52.50 EUR per scout is due by the end of January. This is NOW (almost).
Final payment 52.50 EUR per scout latest on April 30th 2006

19 Camp organization
The camp will have four sub-camps each association and nation can stay together.
20 Rules
A certain level of rules is very important if a large group of people spends a week together.
With the registration, every group and association and every participant accepts the following policy
21 Policy (1/6)
General politeness is naturally for each scout!
Fire places Please make grass bricks before making fire. This will help the farmers for the next harvest.
Prevent accidents! Use your common sense!
22 Policy (2/6)
Each group is responsible to keep order around the tents and in the whole camp area.
Note that the chief of each group is responsible for this people!
Also for the swimming rules, which are very important!
23 Policy (3/6)
Smoking is allowed at the central fire place as well as at each sub camp's fire place.
Real silence has to be in the camp from 2300 thru 0700.
24 Policy (4/6)
After 2200, no one under 18 is allowed inside the "Schwyzerstübli". Be prepared for ID checks.
Alcohol The only allowed place to consume alcohol is the "Schwyzerstübli" from 2200 thru 0100.
25 Policy (5/6)
Absolutely NO drugs. Zero tolerance. Pot/Cannabis is also considered an illegal drug in Switzerland and isn't allowed either.

Upon departure please
Clean the lawn after all your material is stowed for transportation.
Put back all the grass bricks you have removed before.
Don't leave before the EuroCamp chief has inspected your place and gave the ok.
27 Medical assistance 1/2
A medical doctor and two nurses will be in the camp all week
Check the medical tent first, in all cases except very urgent emergencies (outside the camp)
The closest hospital is a 10 minutes drive from the camp
28 Medical assistance 2/2
Please have EVERY scout carry the Medical info about you form on them, filled out properly
This helps a lot in case of an emergency!
The form is given you together with the detailed camp info brochure.
Also bring your medical insurance cards or info along!
29 Religious services
There will be several services on Sunday
If youd like to offer/attend more services or prayer times, contact us today, at rochen_at_feuerkreis.ch
Spiritual guidance is also available upon request, ask the camp office
30 Food 1/2
We will provide food, starting Saturday, 22nd, dinner thru Saturday, 29th, lunch
Breakfast is provided as well
We provide oil, vinegar, onions, garlic, sugar
We dont provide curry, pepper
Bring your own salt, other spices and your own cooking tools (pots)

There will be specific hours when food will be handed out in the Schwyzerstübli
32 Trash / Rubish
In our country its very advisable to collected trash in a sorted way

Please take care for this and make sure your group cares too!
33 Wood
Wood for both fires and to build is provided
If you have special needs or you need a lot of woods, for example for your tents, kitchen etc., please mention them with length when registering!
34 Camp shop
There will be a camp shop with a lot of products, food and non-food
Ice cream, Swiss chocolate, Swiss army knifes, tooth paste, toilet paper, souvenirs and lots more
Can be paid for in cash
Swiss Francs and Euro
Outside only Swiss Francs!!
35 Internet
Internet access is provided, against a fee
If its necessary theres a possibility to go online (not for games)
Power outlets for mobile loading are available
Mobiles please only for leaders, age 18 or older!
36 Toilets showers
Well have plenty of toilets, located at different spots in the camp
There are also 10 showers
A fee applies for each usage
37 Entertainment
Almost as in Denmark in 2002, each association (or at least each country) is supposed to prepare an entertainment program for one evening!

Every night from 22.00 till 07.00 in the morning.
Different countries would do this every day just like at the jamboree in denmark
