  • The CPSI focuses on finding new ways of

    research, piloting innovating projects and or
    products. We promote innovative practices, reward
    and recognise innovators, create mechanisms for
    knowledge sharing and learning on innovation and
    encourage the implementation of international
    best practices on the delivery of public
    services.

    implementation of innovation.

  • The CPSI forms partnerships with the private
    sector for research purposes, funding, piloting
    and implementation purposes. We believe that the
    private sector has a crucial role to play in the
    public sector innovation.

  • The ultimate beneficiaries of the work of the
    CPSI are South Africans. The more the government
    is innovative in public service delivery, the
    better and more effective the experience and
    interaction with government.

    been successfully implemenented. This means an
    approach that has not been tried before in its
    particular context

    therefore should be growing momentum in
    implementation
