  • SGP PTF and GEF SGP in Cambodia have been joint
together to reduce costs through combined
planning activities sharing a joint programme
launching, a joint National Steering Committee
    (NSC) meeting, joint orientation meeting,
    equipment and field works, etc.
  • 2. The inclusion of government agencies during
project selection process and field works
provided an opportunity to establish working
    partnerships with the government agencies.
  • Grant coordination meeting is a good network for
sharing information and experiences in order to
    support grantees.
