Click green LOG IN button (screen may look
slightly different)

Click the Self Registration button

Administrative tab

Click Basic Information

Complete all required information and optional
information (if available)

Click to look up your State

Type in the name of your state
Click OK

Click on your states code

Click to look up your Organization

Select the Uniformed Services University of the
Health Sciences DO NOT SELECT YOUR MILITARY
SERVICE BRANCH

Once you have found your Class, click Select

Click SAVE
