How does the tracking system work?

• When students have issues that require
  instructors assistance
• 1. Well assign the ticket to you
• 2. Youll receive an email notification
• 3. Youll follow the link provided in the email
  to the ticket system

• 4. Youll log in with your SSN
• 5. Youll respond to us regarding the issue, ie
• I found the assignment and posted the grade
• Please resend the lesson for me to grade
• Heres the answer to the question
• 6. The issue will be closed and the IS personnel
  and student will be notified.
