    and community of practice for library
    measurement.

  • 2006 Information gathering phase critical
    review, SCONUL members survey, gap analysis,
    SCONUL conference workshop.
  • 2007-2007 Development phase development and
    testing of tools and website.
  • Summer 2007 Launch.
