- Inspired by the possible correlation between
communication and management for global
corporations, the author developed this two-way
symmetrical system based on theories from both
management and communication fields to help them
use business Chinese strategically to achieve the
goal of being excellent in the global setting.
The author decided to further explore the topic
by refining the framework and conduct in-depth
data analysis in the future.
