- Strengthen networking of PLHIVs
- Continue to work with influential national, local
and religious leaders - Continue to disseminate anti-stigma messages via
the media and edutainment - Evaluate current interventions, develop
indicators and improved ME system, addressing
stigma and discrimination - In relation to the law
