• to understand the things of God,
• nor can he submit to the law of God.

The Consequence of SinRomans 623 - For the
wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is
eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

• The reality of hell is God's clear indictment of
  the infiniteness of our guilt. If our corruption
  were not deserving of an eternal punishment, God
  would be unjust to threaten us with a punishment
  so severe as eternal torment. But the Scriptures
  teach that God is just in condemning unbelievers
  to eternal hell (2 Thessalonians 16-9 Matthew
  529f 1028 1349f 188f 2546 Revelation
  149-11 2010). Therefore, to the extent that
  hell is a total sentence of condemnation, to that
  extent must we think of ourselves as totally
  blameworthy apart from the saving grace of God

1. Is there any stimulus that can gain a
response from a dead man?
2. If your dead in sins before coming to Christ,
is your body and mind dead?
3. If your spirit is dead, how dead is it?

The Spiritual WarEph 612 - our struggle is not
against flesh and blood, but against the rulers,
against the authorities, against the powers of
this dark world and against the spiritual forces
of evil in the heavenly realms.

The spirit communicates with God 1 Cor 1013 - 13
No temptation has seized you except what is
common to man. And God is faithful he will not
let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But
when you are tempted, he will also provide a way
out so that you can stand up under it.

Be ye transformedRom 122 - 2 Do not conform any
longer to the pattern of this world, but be
transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then
you will be able to test and approve what God's
will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Col 310 - 10 and have put on the new self,
which is being renewed in knowledge in the
image of its Creator.

Rom 85- Those who live according to the sinful
nature have their minds set on what that nature
desires but those who live in accordance with
the Spirit have their minds set on what the
Spirit desires.

seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is
temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

participate in the divine nature and escape the
corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
