User Group Quotas

• Allows an administrator to effectively manage
  storage space
• An administrator (account or content) can limit
  the amount of content that a user can store on
  DocuShare
• Number of documents
• Size, in MB, of document content
• An administrator can set quotas individually or
  in bulk
• Users can view their assigned quotas as well as
  check their current usage.

Extended Permissions

• For sites wanting more exact control over
  content, an admin setting allows the use of 6
  permissions.
• Opt in Once a site changes to 6 permissions, it
  cannot go back to 3 permissions.
• New installations and upgraded sites default to 3
  permissions.

• Supports direct upgrades from versions 5.x and

  SQL Server 2005 Express
• Customer responsible for unsupported OS and DB
  upgrades
