Step 1 Create an account

• Go to www.youtube.com
• Create an account by clicking Sign Up at the
  top right corner.
• Follow the instructions given.
• If you have an existing account, just log in.

Step 2 Uploading the videos

• Once you are signed in, click Upload Videos at
  the top right corner.
• The title of your video is Health In Motion 2007.
• Fill in your group name and school name in the
  description column.
• The tags are HiM 2007.

• For the video category click Sports.
• Language is English.
• After this click the button Continue
  Uploading.
• Browse for the video that you have prepared.
• For broadcast, it should be under Public.
• Click Upload Video.
