court date 3. Provides affidavit of
non-operation 4. Ignores ticket, bail due sent to
collection agency
Lab sends out ticket to Registered Owner of the
speeding vehicle, with copy to the court
Photo Enforcement Officer approves or rejects
photo, informs vendor
