  • Applications not meeting Ministerial Instructions
    will be returned fees refunded applicant
    notified in writing
  • Applications meeting Ministerial Instructions
    will be transferred electronically to Moscow for
    further processing applicant notified by CIU
    120 days to submit a full kit

    original signature full set of documents
    photocopy of CIU notification to the Embassy
  • Applications not meeting Ministerial Instructions
    (1 year of work experience in an occupation from

    will be processed priority category
  • If full kit not is received within 120 days,
    file is closed without warning
