Management Team
  • Jimmy Wang, Chief Executive Officer
  • Mr. Wang has over twelve years experience in a
    wide range of component manufacturing. From 1996
    to the present, Mr. Wang has been President, CEO
    and director of Worldwide Energy and
    Manufacturing USA, Inc. (California). He became
    President, CEO and Chairman of the Colorado
    holding company of the same name on September 30,
    2003. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Wang was the Sales
    Manager for MP World Manufacturing, Inc. From
    September 1993 to May 1996 Mr. Wang and Mindy
    Wang operated a sole proprietorship under the
    name Worldwide Manufacturing USA. In 1996, Mr.
    Wang incorporated Worldwide Energy and
    Manufacturing USA, Inc. In 1990, Mr. Wang earned
    a Masters Degree in Applied Economics from the
    University of Minnesota, and in 1982 received a
    Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics from the
    Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.
  • Jeff Watson, President
  • Mr. Watson has over 25 years of manufacturing
    experience supporting a variety of industries and
    markets. He started his career as an engineer in
    the power transmission industry with Fasco
    Gearmotors, a vertically integrated design and
    manufacturing company producing gear-motors,
    linear actuators and the supporting electronic
    controls. He held several engineering and
    managerial positions until leading the
    organization as General Manager from 1999 to
    2001. In 2001, Mr. Watson joined Joslyn Sunbank
    and led the company as President until 2008.
    Joslyn Sunbank, a division of the Danaher
    Corporation, is as leader in the design and
    manufacture of high-reliability electrical
    components and sub-systems serving Aerospace and
    Defense markets globally. Mr. Watson has grown
    the businesses that he has led through
    operational excellence and the successful
    application of Lean Manufacturing principles. He
    earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical
    Engineering from the University of Missouri.
  • Mindy Wang, Secretary and Treasurer
  • Ms. Wang has over twelve years of accounting and
    financial management experience with Technology
    Power and Worldwide Manufacturing. From 1996 to
    the present, Ms. Wang has been Secretary and
    Treasurer of Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing
    USA, Inc. In September 1996, Ms. Wang founded,
    with her husband, of Worldwide Energy and
    Manufacturing USA, Inc. She became Secretary and
    Treasurer of the Colorado holding company of the
    same name on September 30, 2003. From 1991 to
    1993 she was an accountant with Technology Power.
    The business of Technology Power was assembling
    personal computers for retail and business
    customers. From September 1993 to May 1996 Mr.
    Wang and Mindy Wang operated a sole
    proprietorship under the name Worldwide
    Manufacturing USA. Ms. Wang earned the equivalent
    of a Bachelors Degree in International Business
    from the University of California at the Los
    Angeles Institute of Economics and Management in
    Beijing and attended the Master's program of the
    Business Education of the University of
    Minnesota. Ms. Wang is the wife of Jimmy Wang.

Management Team
  • Philip Zhang, Vice President Operation
  • Mr. Zhang concurrently functions as the VP of
    Operations for Worldwide U.S. headquarter, and
    the General Manager for all China operations
    since April of 2001. He is responsible for
    directing the companys manufacturing and
    supplier chain management in China. Mr. Zhang has
    many years of experience in engineering
    modification, quality and delivery control and
    production line management. From 1998-2001, he
    was founder/owner and employee of his trading
    company in San Francisco. He worked as an
    Engineer and the Supervisor in US Postal
    Service-Main facility in San Francisco,
    California from Mar 1989 to Feb.1998. He was a
    Software Engineer in Computer and Cash Register
    Co. in San Francisco, California from Jun, 1988
    to Feb, 1989. From Oct. 1982 to Mar. 1986, Mr.
    Zhang was the Assistant General Manager and
    Director at 12th Weaving Factory in Shanghai,
    China. He was responsible for manufacturing
    operations, quality assurance, RD development,
    capital expenditures and staffing responsibility.
    He attended the China Textile University in
    Shanghai and graduated with a Bachelors in
    Mechanical Engineering in 1982. He completed a
    Masters Degree in Computer Science at the San
    Francisco State University in 1988.
  • George Wang, Vice President and CEO of Solar
    Division
  • Mr. Wang has more than 10 years of manufacturing
    experiences in electronics and solar industries,
    and he joined in Worldwide Energy and
    Manufacturing USA, Inc in June, 2008. He started
    his career as an English teacher in a senior
    middle school in 1994, and four years later he
    worked as General Manager Assistant in Shanghai
    Benda Electronics. In 2006, he joined in Solarfun
    Power Holdings, one of the major players in the
    Chinese solar energy industry. He held the
    positions as Special Assistant to Chairman of the
    Board and Director of Sales and Strategic
    Accounts. He played a very active and important
    role in the process of Solarfuns IPO on NASDAQ
    and in the brand promotion of Solarfuns solar
    modules all over the world. Mr. Wang earned a
    Bachelor of English Education from Nanjing Normal
    University and a Master Degree of Law from Law
    School of Jilin University. In 2004, he finished
    his post-graduate program Comparative Legal
    Research between Chinese law and American law
    from Johns-Hopkins University in the United
    States.
