  • Is the article available full-text from the
    database? Is it available in print in the
    library?
  • Is there a subject heading for your topic?

Accessing Materials Once You Have A Citation (I
have a citation, where is the article?)
  • Articles
  • Check the E- Journal Locator to see if we have
    the journal electronically. If it is listed,
    connect to the database indicated and do a title
    or author search to pull up the article.
  • Check GIL to see if we have the journal in paper.
    Write down the location and call number.
  • If it is not in either place, do an Interlibrary
    Loan Request at the Circulation Desk or Online
    at http//www.library.gsu.edu/ill/

  • If dissertation was written recently at GSU, you
    may be able to download it for free from
    Dissertation Abstracts (in GALILEO).
