Instructional Design Methodology
  • I used the ADDIE Model
  • Analysis- Conducted a needs assessment of 3rd-5th
    grade teachers in USD 259 Wichita, KS through an
    online survey
  • Designing Developing- Created a website hosted
    on USD 259 Instructional Technologys website
    that contains downloadable CPS databases

Conclusion
  • To answer the first question that started my
    project, USD 259 will need to consider that

  • staff development needs to be done in person
    during inservice days.

    include
  • Less time grading
  • High engagement
  • Timely data
  • Increase in student motivation
  • As CPS use increases at the elementary level,
    there will continue to be more added to the list!
