4Where are my files?
- When installing Clicker 5, a file is created and
is located in - C\Documents and settings\All Users\Shared
Documents\Clicker 5 - This is where your projects will be saved.
5Where are my downloaded files?
- After installing Clicker, create a folder in My
Documents where you will save downloaded items. - Click on My Documents
- Click on File
- Choose New
- Pick Folder
- Name it.

Click on Create new Grid Set.

81) Click on your choice. You can always add or
delete pages later.
2) Click Create
9A new book is automatically created.
10Double click on Run Mode to change it to Edit
Mode. That will enable you to add pictures and
sentences.
An Editing Tool Bar will pop on the screen.

Double click on Pictures to set up how to use
them.
12The window for Picture Palette opens. You will
see all your picture files. Click on Insert
Picture Library Settings.

141) Place a check by the libraries you want to use
by clicking once in the box.
2) Place a check by features you want to use.
After making your choices, click OK
3) Adjust the size of pictures.
15Click Close.
16You can add pictures in various ways. 1) You can
type the word in the cell and if you have checked
Use Instant Pictures in cells on the Picture
and Sound Libraries window, the picture will pop
automatically. 2) You can open a file with
pictures after clicking on Picture in the tool
bar. 3) Click on the file you want, then
browse through the various topics. Click on the
file you choose. You will see a variety of
pictures related to the topic. 4) Click on the
picture you want and drag it to the cell.
171) Press the Shift key and click the cell you
want to edit.
A cursor will appear and you can type.
You can add a picture by either typing a word or
by dragging a picture into the box.
18Click on the red arrow to move to the next page.

19You can add or remove buttons by clicking on
Cell Palette.

Repeat previous steps to insert text and pictures.
20To move your pages, add, or delete, click on
Explorer.
21You can delete, move a page by right clicking on
it, and making a choice or you click on the page
desired and move it to new location.
22Click on the Back button to return to editing
the book.
231) When completed, double click the Edit Mode.
It will become the Run Mode
Now, you can preview your book by clicking on the
red arrows.
24If the book is complete, it is time to save!
Otherwise follow the steps to edit until complete.
Click on File, then choose Save Grid Set as

Type the file name
Click Save
Choose the location, type file name, and click
Save
