  • Can create budget profiles. Members of each
    profile must be assigned individually. For us
    bad.
  • Used for people we wanted to keep out of general
    extracts.
  • Executives we did use this profile to pull in
    all execs separately.
  • No Increases for various reasons, these people
    were not pulled into any extracts (ie STD,
    terms, new hires, etc)

  • Description, not extract ID appears in Salary
    Planner
  • We used Category (ie Staff, Faculty, Service) as
    Extract Description
  • We used Fiscal Year (ie FY 2007) as Scenario in
    Salary Planner
