Primary goal is to improve back-office management
of eGov services by Bridging the gap between
decision making and technical realization of
eGovernment services through the support of al
back-office phases. Considering the lifecycle
of e-Government services and supporting the
management of changes in eGovernment services
(preserve consistency, detect inconsistencies,
propagate changes, implement changes) Capturing
knowledge about eGovernment services and tracing
design decisions leading to eGovernment service
models.
Problem addressed

• Faster and better handling by all stakeholders
  involved in the service life cycle (e.g. PA
  managers, IT consultants, software developers)
• Better control and propagation of changes (e.g.
  control of changes in law and propagation of
  changes to the software that delivers the service
  online)
• More and better information about each step of
  the service delivery process, for all
  stakeholders involved in the service life cycle.
