3Leadership Development Program
- LDP MISSION Ensure the leadership development of
Cadets is in compliance with TRADOC and Cadet
Command guidance - LDP is a standardized system to evaluate Cadets
IOT prepare Cadets for Warrior Forge and the
eventual transition to 2nd Lieutenants in the
U.S. Army
4S-2 Staff(mentor - MAJ Hamel)
- Head TAC responsible for collecting all
Blue/Yellow Cards NLT 3 days after evals
completed - Company TACs responsible for collecting all
platoon Blue/Yellow Cards - PLT TACs responsible for collecting all squad
Blue/Yellow Cards - Any Yellow Card not turned into TAC on time will
receive an N rating in PL - Any Blue Card not turned in on time will write 1
page paper for PMS for each infraction

- Cadets will be evaluated using the 6-22

7Leadership Positions
- ALL Cadets will be placed in Leadership Positions
- MS IIIs will serve as SL,PSG, PL, 1SG, XO, and
CO - MS I and IIs will serve solely as SLs
- Upon Completion of Leadership cycle Cadet will
receive an overall rating of one of the
following - E (Excellent)
- S (Satisfactory)
- N (Needs Improvement)
8LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT EXAMPLEFront Side
Cadet Devaney performed satisfactorily on as SL
during CWST. He ensured all critical information
was passed to squad members and all timelines and
tasks met. On one occasion, issued conflicting
guidance to SMs, resulting in duplication of
effort finally resolved after prompting.
Appearance and bearing were adequate. Noted
during Land Nav assisting other cadets in the use
of their compasses. Appears comfortable when
addressing superiors and readily accepts
constructive criticism. Mission Accomplished to
standard.
MA Genuinely seeks self-improvement candid in

Very proficient in Land Nav techniques,
especially use of compass GR At times, allowed
time constraints to affect preparation ensure

12CADET RESPONSIBILTIES (CONT)
- Cadets must turn in Yellow Cards for their
Leadership cycle in the proper format NLT the end
of PT on Friday. - Cadets fail to meet this deadline will receive an
automatic N in the appropriate dimension
according to the TAC officer - ALL YELLOW CARDS MUST BE FILLED OUT IN PENCIL!!!!!
