- With an average of 4,000 students per month, the
Kolping Training Institution is an important
provider in the field of vocational and further
education in the German Federal State of
Baden-Wuerttemberg. - What has began as a secondary activity more than
forty years ago, has developed into a modern and
effective vocational training organization
employing a total of almost two hundred members
of staff.
3Objectives
Our employees in 12 Training Centres and six
additional locations are working on the following
objectives
- Helping people to develop their talents in order
to take responsibility for themselves. - Strengthening people who face difficult
situations by offering them education. - Enabling people to assume responsibility for the
society.

- The institution has been engaged in European
projects for more than 15 years - Responsible Department EU point projects more
support of the Kolping Training Centres in the
conception, application and accounting of various
EU projects.

8KWELE - Kolpings tasks and role
- We developed the ESF project Fit for Europe
which will be transferred to our partners. - We operate as an active partner and undertake the
roles stipulated in each of the work packages.
