- Overview of Our Approach
- We will complete 7 defined project tasks over the
span of 19 months - Finalize the projects written communication and
work plan - Develop an inventory of Minnesotas day services
and supports - Understand Minnesota's waiver aggregate
management and budget methodologies - Conduct interviews, a survey and comparative
research to develop payment structure model - Complete field testing of new payment structure
- Draft a report that contains findings from the
field testing - Present findings to stakeholders and develop a
statewide implementation plan - Input from a variety of stakeholders is the
foundation of our approach. - We will use a comprehensive Communication Plan
throughout the project. The focus of the
Communication Plan is scheduling and completing
regular status updates with the MN team,
including bi-weekly conference calls and
quarterly status update memos. - The projects Core Team (Jim, Cathy and Katie)
will take on the majority of project activities
and will be responsible for all deliverables.
