You may find the above template useful if you use
RG328 plugs or similar for teaching plug wiring.
For other types of plug the wire lengths will be
different but the diagram could be modified
fairly easily, It is a good idea to cut the sheet
into four and laminate the pieces. Safety Plugs
used for teaching wiring should be modified so
that they cannot be plugged into a socket. This
can be done by or twisting the pins. To do this
insert the pin into the plug, grip the base of
the pin with mole grips and twist the free end of
the pin using a vice or another mole grip.
