    greatly based on the type of information they
    need
  • To meet need of Users, information is formatted
    in different ways for example, Summary Tables,
    Graphs, Written summary reports, Trend data,
    Projections and others upon request

  • Absence of clear policy guidelines on
    dissemination of official Statistical information
  • Due to lack of financial resources for printing
    for example, it is difficult to release exact
    dates of dissemination of Information
  • Dont have an electronic EMIS Affects
    timeliness of Statistical Information to be
    disseminated
