Implementation
  • 1500 jobs by March 2010
  • Minimum standards are key
  • Flexible / mixed economy delivery model
  • 3 councils direct delivery
  • 7 councils need an agent GM wide procurement
  • Employers using the agent but flexibility to act
    as employer also
  • Interim delivery plan underway October
  • To scale by December
