• No new AMAs currently proposed
• Other aquaculture began pre-1992

• Iwi pessimistic about the settlement delivering

• Legal delays in Tasman
• High value of their entitlements
• Crowns one size fits all approach
• So iwi have taken the initiative

• Tools to assist iwi investment decisions
• Preferred options for Tasman Marlborough
• Industry, local/central govt support for options
