  • Makes it illegal to discriminate because of
    disability. This means that the person with a
    disability, or his/her associate

  • 4. May not be the subject of harassment in
    employment, education and provision of goods and
    services - this includes behaviour that

  • In an effort to improve quality of services
    provided, the Disability Service Standards 1993
    were endorsed by the Commonwealth Parliament.
  • The standards were devised as a guide to the
    level of good practice required for service
