Pronto Pasta Salad

• This Pasta salad is made using
• 100g Cooked pasta shapes
• Finely chopped red onion
• Diced red pepper
• Handful of black olives
• Finely chopped parsley
• Red kidney beans
• The dressing contains
• Olive oil, orange juice, salt and pepper,
  mustard, chopped herbs, garlic.

1. The prepared ingredients.

2. Put all the prepared ingredients into a
mixing bowl.

3. Ingredients for the dressing.

4. Put 6 x 15ml spoons of olive oil in a glass
jar.

5. Add 2 x 15ml spoons of fresh orange juice.

6. Salt and pepper.

7. ½ x 5ml spoon of mustard.

8. 1 crushed clove of garlic.

9. ½ x 5ml spoon fresh herbs.

10. Make sure the lid is firmly in place and
shake well to combine the ingredients.

11. Pour over the salad ingredients.

12. Mix well to make sure the dressing coats all
the ingredients.

13. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with
chopped parsley.
