• 2 boys put in the Tiber River and saved by a wolf
• Taken by a farmer raised them
• Found they were kings went to find new land.
• Romulus killed Remus land called Rome.

• 12 books
• First 6 are like the Greek book the Odessey
• Last 6 are like the Greek book the Iliad
• Both epic adventures

• Jupiter,Juno,Neptune,Vesta,Mars,
  Minerva,Venus,Mercury,Apollo,and Pluto
• One of importance was Vesta protector of Rome
