Transfer New Member In

• When members transfer a disk is no longer
  required to be sent
• Upon transfer CFL deletes member from file
• When member checks into gaining command the CFL
  transfers in new member
• DOB and SSN is all that is required
• The members PFA history appears along with the
  members data
