    development of new and better

    children, mothers and families in developing
    countries
  • Simultaneously, develop and enhance indigenous
    capacity for research.

needs that identify, test, and develop
new/refined tools, approaches, interventions, and
policies that contribute to the improved health
status of infants, children, mothers, and
families.

  • INCLEN can conduct audits at any time during or
    after the life of a grant.
  • The grantee should provide all necessary
    information and facilitation for this to happen.
  • Noncompliance needs to be corrected within two
    months of audit results.
  • Post-hoc approvals need to minimize!
  • Recommend adherence to project accounting records
    and procedures.minimum control standards.
