Other Door Locks
  • British Standard Mortice Locks are manufactured
    to conform to the BSI Specification for Attack
    Resistant Locks
  • BS36211998.
  • The MINIMUM standard West Yorkshire Police advise
    is -
  • Two BS3621 Locks, one sash for the door
    handle and one dead lock midway between the sash
    lock and the bottom of the door.

Other Door Locks
  • The traditional style Yale type lock
  • NOT recommended. Do NOT use this type of lock as
    your only means of securing premises. It is
    merely a latch to prevent casual entry.
