    remain stagnant
  • A previous school traditional income tax expired,
    causing Ledgemont to lose crucial funds
  • To remain solvent, Ledgemont made devastating
    cuts
  • Cut 11 staff members
  • Cut four bus routes
  • Froze teachers salaries
  • Ledgemont will borrow a half million dollars from
    the state

  • To continue to deliver a quality education to our
    students, Ledgemont School District is proposing
    an 1 ¼ earned income tax to pay for school
    operating expenses for a period of five years.

    taxed with an earned income tax.

  • Cut AP and computer technology courses

Ledgemont Schools is at Risk
  • The ODE will consider merging Ledgemont with a
    neighboring school district
  • As a result, residents would likely pay higher
    property taxes

    is critical and protects education in our
    community. The future of our district depends on
    it.
