Prevention practice good respiratory/hand
hygiene

• Catch it, bin it, kill it use tissue to cover
  mouth/nose when coughing or sneezing.
• Frequently wash your hands
• Wipe down hard surfaces

Symptoms generally mild
Fever - with one or more of the following sore
throat, headache, cough, sneezing, aching
muscles, tiredness, chills, loss of appetite
Arrange a flu-buddy now before you are unwell
