Palm OS 4.0 Expansion Technologies
  • The upcoming Palm OS 4.0 includes support for
    secondary storage and expansion cards. Rizwan
    will describe what to expect in upcoming Palm
    devices and demonstrate some of the features of
    the Expansion Manager API.

Palm OS 5.0 Preview
  • Palm has announced that they expect to begin
    shipping ARM-based devices sometime in 2002.
    Karen Jeffrey will summarize David Fedor's Palm
    Source presentation of the planned improvements
    in the architecture, tools, and hardware
    capabilities to the next generation of the Palm
    OS.
