and student performances should NOT be disclosed
to anyone - NOT necessary to allocate a certain percentage of
students for each score - Rate ALL THE STUDENTS independently and
consistently throughout - Put the students at ease by giving positive
reinforcement and praise - Maintain eye contact with the students to
encourage them to speak confidently

- Inform the TSA Administration Team of the HKEAA
at 2325 0691 if you are unable to conduct the
oral assessment - AM session 630 am
- PM session 1130 am
- In case of bad weather, public announcement
broadcast via radio TV, to be made by EMB - Reserve assessors keep mobile phones on from 630
am for an emergency substitution
