  • Rate ALL THE STUDENTS independently and

  • Maintain eye contact with the students to
    encourage them to speak confidently

    oral assessment

  • In case of bad weather, public announcement
    broadcast via radio TV, to be made by EMB
  • Reserve assessors keep mobile phones on from 630
    am for an emergency substitution
