    and the Division of Science, Technology and

  • To identify opportunities to grow
    technology-based business clusters in the San
    Joaquin Valley in order to make the Valley more
    competitive, enhance its base of agriculture and
    natural resources, attract compatible investment,
    and improve the quality of life.
