barriers.

Some of the obstacles preventing people from
doing what they had agreed to do

• The employees dont know specifically what
  theyre expected to do
• They dont know how to do it
• They dont know why they should do it
• They think they are doing it, but theyre not
  getting feedback
• There are obstacles in the way, beyond their
  control
• They dont think it will work
• They think their ways are better
• They think something else is more important, so
  they set different priorities
• Theres no benefit (positive consequence) if they
  do it.
