Kansas Wind Solar Incentive
Allows up to 5 million in bond financing for an
eligible wind or solar project.  The bonds are
retired using the payroll tax withholding from
the new jobs.  A project may qualify if it
creates at least 200 new full-time jobs within
five years, pays at least a 32,500 average
annual wage and generates a minimum capital
investment of 30 million.
