California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE)
In Addition to the Scope and Sequence, REV offers
semester long CAHSEE Review courses in both math
and English. These courses are also offered
during summer school.

    Citrus Valley High School
  • For Ninth (9th) and Tenth (10th) Grade Students
    Only

through October 31, 2008 Applications can be
submitted anytime during the month of October

request form?
  • Intra-district Transfer forms are available from
    the Districts Enrollment Center at
  • 7 West Delaware Avenue
  • Redlands, CA 92374
  • from 730 a.m. to 400 p.m.

Will transfers be approved for siblings?
  • Transfer requests will be approved if an older
    sibling is already attending the requested high
    school and will continue to attend next year
  • Submit applications during October 2008

Will transportation be provided for students that
receive an approved transfer?
  • Only on a space-available basis
  • If your student lives in an area where the
    District is bussing 11th and 12th grade students,
    transportation may be available to 9th and 10th
    grade students if there is space available
  • Beginning with the 2011-2012 school year when
    Citrus Valley High School will be 9-12,
    transportation will no longer be available for
    students approved on an intra-district transfers
    in those areas

Are applications processed on a first-come,
first-served basis?
  • No
  • Applications received from October 1 through
    October 31, 2008 will be placed together in one
    file
  • If the requests exceed the space available at a
    particular school, a lottery will be held to
    determine which applications will be approved and
    the order in which the remaining students will be
    placed on a waiting list

What if my request is approved and I later change
my mind?
  • If you change your mind prior to school starting,
    call the districts transfer office and ask that
    your request be rescinded
  • ? If there is space available you will be
    automatically returned to the regular school
  • If you change your mind after school starts, you
    will need to complete another transfer request to
    return to the regular home school
  • ? The request will be processed on a
    space- available basis

Athletic Clearance Process
  • Complete the Sports Packet available in the
    Athletic Office from (and return to) Mrs. Buyak,
    Athletic Secretary, 389-2500, Extension 32109.
  • Sports Packets will be available 5/1 at REV.
  • The Physical Exam is mandatory prior to try-out.
    Physical exams are good for one year and may be
    transferred from one school to another.
  • The completed packet and residential/academic
    eligibility must be determined prior to try-outs
    (2.0 GPA requiredat least four semester
    classes).
  • The player presents the Consent to Treat and
    Clearance Card to the coach prior to beginning
    the try-out process.
  • The player must purchase an ASB sticker to
    receive a cloth letter as a gift from ASB at the
    end of the season.

Athletic Transfer Process
  • Students who will change from RHS to REV in
    2008-2009 due to the boundary change will be
    residentially eligible to participate in
    athletics at REV.
  • Mr. Morse, RHS Athletic Director, will submit a
    list of athletes who will be
  • transferring to REV and submit
  • it with a letter to the CIF.
  • The CIF will change the athletes residential
    eligibility.
  • It will not count as a transfer by CIF.
