• Roman numerals are for accounting I II III IIII
  V VI VII VIII VIIII X.
• Roman numerals dont have a zero.
• Arabic numerals have a zero (place holder) so
  that they can be used for addition, subtraction,
  multiplication, division, etc.
• Since Arabic numerals are not ad-hoc (ct Roman
  Numerals IV, IX, C, M, L, etc.) they can also be
  used for huge numbers
• Round numbers have lots of zeros. The zero in
  Arabic is a dota zero with a circumference of
  zero.
