Positioning
  • Patient prone on the table
  • Rotate 35-40 with the right anterior portion
    against table( elevate left side)
  • Place right arm down beside patient
  • Left arm flexed up at elbow by patients head to
    hold cup
  • Flex knee for support
  • Place IR about 2 inches above shoulder
  • Align mid thorax to midline of table
