4Presidential Duties
- Shall appoint new Board members to vacant
positions with consent of the Chapter Executive
Board - Shall serve as the Chapter Liaison to the
Regional Chairperson - Shall ensure the implementation of all Regional
and National programs/events - Shall attend all monthly chapter counterpart
calls

- Shall oversee and coordinate the activities of
the Chapter Executive Board - Shall be the Spokesperson for the Chapter
- Shall oversee the Administrative Zone
- Shall present ideas and propose directions for
the Chapter - Shall appoint members for special committees on
an as-needed basis

- Shall preside over all officiating meetings in
the absence or inability of the President - Perform any other duties as designated by the
President - Review all monthly reports
- Revise the strategic plan as needed and report on
the status of the Long Range Plan (LRP) - Shall serve on the Awards committee
- Shall serve as the Membership Zone Leader
- Shall produce an official transition report at
the end of the term
