Presidential Duties

• Shall appoint new Board members to vacant
  positions with consent of the Chapter Executive
  Board
• Shall serve as the Chapter Liaison to the
  Regional Chairperson
• Shall ensure the implementation of all Regional
  and National programs/events
• Shall attend all monthly chapter counterpart
  calls

• Shall oversee and coordinate the activities of
  the Chapter Executive Board
• Shall be the Spokesperson for the Chapter
• Shall oversee the Administrative Zone
• Shall present ideas and propose directions for
  the Chapter
• Shall appoint members for special committees on
  an as-needed basis

• Shall preside over all officiating meetings in
  the absence or inability of the President
• Perform any other duties as designated by the
  President
• Review all monthly reports
• Revise the strategic plan as needed and report on
  the status of the Long Range Plan (LRP)
• Shall serve on the Awards committee
• Shall serve as the Membership Zone Leader
• Shall produce an official transition report at
  the end of the term
