Coaching is a transformational, client-empowering
improvement process of establishing a mutually
ethical, trusting, and respectful relationship
comprising personal conversations.   It offers
effective listening and questioning, intuitive
sensing, empathy, encouragement, reflection,
direct communication and feedback, suggestions on
possible route cause of problems and solutions
and optional specialist content advice with
client consent.   It facilitates client
self-awareness, reframing of mindset, overcoming
limiting believes, enhancement of self esteem,
simplification and prioritization of issues,
planning and realization of clear purpose,
vision, goals, strategies, implementation steps
and resources. It enables client ownership,
