  • MISSION FUNCTION
  • The Amherst Pepsi Center is a nationally
    recognized premier family ice sports complex in
    the Western New York area featuring three NHL
    rinks and one Olympic Rink. Three of the four
    arenas are used year round for hockey and figure
    skating. The facility is dedicated to hosting
    youth and high school hockey tournaments, games,
    practices and adult hockey as well as figure
    skating practices and events. Programs include
    hockey leagues and lessons, USFSA figure skating,
    public skating, drop-in hockey, freestyle
    sessions, birthday parties and special events.

  • GOALS OBJECTIVES
  • To continue to add more quality events during the
    show season.
  • To keep the facility attractive, clean and safe
    for building users.
  • To continue to make building improvements with
    the help of the Town of Amherst.
  • To continue to work with the Town of Amherst on
    developing a long range plan for capital
    improvements.
  • To recruit, train and schedule quality staff
    members to fulfill the need of the facility.
  • To schedule all hockey practices, games,
    tournaments and programs.
  • To grow additional ice programs and recruit
    additional show events.
  • To play host to the following activities
  • 8 off-ice events
  • 250 high school hockey games
  • 1,500 Amherst Youth Hockey Games
  • 17 hockey tournaments
  • To continue our relationship with Amherst Youth
    Hockey and USA Hockey for future events at the
    facility.
