    Mer, at the seaside, and about 120km from the
    spanish border.

Internship
  • For the students holding a Student visa, the
    school will
  • provide an internship in a luxury
    hotel-restaurant or
  • restaurant in France .
  • During the internship, the student will receive
    an indemnity of approximately 300 per month
    full board and accommodation.

    CERTIFICATE
  • For students completing their internship
  • A Certificate of INTERNSHIP indicating the name
    of the hotel-restaurant and the dates of the
    training period.

  • The students will be accommodated in cottages for
    3 persons, with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom,
    separate toilet and a terrace to sit or eat
    outside.
  • Weekly cleaning of the Cottage and bed linen will
    be provided.
  • Wifi is available in most of the Cottages and the
    students can use it to plug their laptops.
  • A deposit of 300 will be required at your
    arrival and refunded upon your departure
  • ( in case of no damage to the Cottage).

  • Enrolment fees 150 Euros ( not refundable and
    payable by the enrolment )
  • Gastronomics program fees 4100 Euros
  • Gourmet program fees 1840 Euros
  • Full program fees 4600 Euros
  • (including health insurance and medical
    check-up)
  • Lessons, accommodation, taxes, visits, cookery
    demonstrations, wine tasting, transfer from
    Beziers airport and Agde or Beziers railway
    station to the club and return are included.
    (meals are not included)
