Aus- und Weiterbildung, Wirtschafts-,
Technologie- und Arbeitspolitik werden auf allen
Ebenen miteinander verknüpft.
Berufsvorbereitung, Aus- und Weiterbildung werden
zu einem System lebensbegleit-enden Lernens
verknüpft, mit flexiblen Abschlüssen und
passgenauen Übergängen.
The MWA aims at making the professional and
social competences and the knowledge of the
employees the central factor for innovation and
economic growth in NRW.
Die Arbeitspolitik stärkt die Beschäftigungsfähigk

• Founder-friendly procedures for enterprise

• Reduction of investment barriers created through
  safety-at-work regulations

Das MWA erhöht die Planungssicherheit der
Unternehmen erhöhen, u.a. durch wachstums- und
beschäftigungsorientierte Umsetzung von EU-Recht.
The MWA will exploit all opportunities of the
Land NRW to achieve a growth- and
employment-friendly reglatory policy for the
enterprises.
Das MWA trägt dazu bei, eine unternehmensfreundlic
he Verwaltung zu entwickeln, die sich durch eine
hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung auszeichnet -
bis hinunter auf die kommunale Ebene.
