Challenges
  • Program reached implementation peak, this
    requires timely processing of payments

  • PMU requests assistance for the allocation of
    balance of AWP3 from Treasury
  • 5 physical contingency not sufficient to cover
    the volatility of the Rand.
  • Counterpart contribution from emerging farmers?
