  • The Nordic Council of Ministers participates in
    the partnership principally within the framework
    of the Nordic financial institutions because NDEP
    deals with a range of major infrastructure
    projects
  • This co-operation is complemented by sectoral
    work on the environment, which is regarded as an
    important means of getting activities off the
    ground in North-West Russia.

    well as to promote physical and social welfare
    through activities, diet, lifestyle habits and
    social interactions

  • The Nordic Council of Ministers contributes by

    in St. Petersburg who works with the
    partnership's secretariat. since 2005
  • A cross-sectoral approach is fundamental to the
    Council of Ministers participation because of
    perspectives affecting children, young people and
    gender equality

  • NeDAP (the Northern eDimension
    Action Plan)
  • Partnership agreement on IT with the Council of
    the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) and EU Commission as
    a part of NeDAP

    NeDAP directs attention to the special political
    opportunities and challenges in the BSR relation
    to the knowledge society in general and
    information technology in particular.
