  • Is the project more European or national in its

  • Are the measures logically balanced relating to
    their aims?
  • Are the measures mainly trans-national?
  • How big is the share of home activities compared
    to trans-national ones?
  • Does the project involve all the partners
    sufficiently?
  • Is the considered schedule realistic?
  • Does the action plan appear overloaded?
